Internal IT Support Role (Hybrid)

An opportunity for an Internal IT Support role to join a growing cyber security organisation based in West London.

Key Requirements:

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments. (10%)
Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Microsoft 365. (10%)
Utilise monitoring tools to track system performance and user activity, troubleshoot issues, and implement secure solutions that meet organizational needs. (10%)
Generate reports on usage, system health, and security metrics for management review.
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to email, calendar, and collaboration tools, file shares and general usage of the EntraID. (10%)
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for users on best practices and new features. (5%)
Conduct regular audits of Microsoft 365 configurations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. (5%)
Work closely with consultancy, security teams, and stakeholders to support projects and initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies. (10%)
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, including ISO27001, through effective governance and policy enforcement, to include data loss prevention (DLP), security and compliance policies, and access controls. (10%)
Maintain On-Premise infrastructure (server room, laptops, hardware) (10%)
Manage and maintain deployed VMs and Container infrastructure on Linux based systems (10%)
Assist in technical requirements for onboarding and offboarding processes of team members (5%)
Assist in DevOps operations by the development team, maintaining container registries, troubleshooting automations (5%)

Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub are a plus
Understanding of networking
Employee must have excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with management, committees, vendors, peers, and customers.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
