System Administrator (M365 & Intune)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Administrator to join our IT team. This role focuses on managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 and Intune environment, maintaining Debian-based Linux systems, and providing high-quality user support across the organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring our IT systems are secure, well-managed, and aligned with business needs, while acting as a trusted point of contact for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, including policies, compliance, and application deployment
- Maintain and support Debian-based Linux systems (servers and/or workstations)
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Assist with security controls, patching, backups, and system monitoring
- Document systems, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT services and reliability
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and device management
- Solid Linux administration skills, specifically Debian-based distributions
- Experience providing user support in a business environment
- Good understanding of identity, access management, and basic security principles
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with security best practices or compliance frameworks
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid role, with a occasionally office-based work in London and mostly remote working
- Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility as required
