Senior Account Manager
Location: UK-based (hybrid). Travel to client sites and our London office is required.

The Role
We deliver attacker‑led and defensive security engineering through consultancy and a range of managed services that go beyond compliance, helping boards and security leaders tackle real risk. We’re on a strong growth curve, building on solid foundations and expanding our reach. You’ll join a team and client base that values credibility, collaboration, and results.
What you will do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of named accounts across midmarket and enterprise.
- Build multithreaded relationships from security leadership to the board.
- Shape and sell programmes spanning penetration testing, red/purple teaming, attack surface management, MXDR, incident response, and defensive security consulting.
- Create account plans, run QBRs, and drive renewals, expansions, and multiyear agreements.
- Qualify rigorously, manage complex cycles, and negotiate commercial terms that protect value.
- Forecast with discipline in HubSpot and maintain a healthy, data driven pipeline.
- Orchestrate bids and RFPs with our consultants, marketing, and delivery leads.
What we are looking for?
- 2-4 years’ experience and proven success in services or solutions sales (candidates with knowledge of cybersecurity will be at an advantage in this process)
- A passion for something technically credible and genuinely valued.
- Demonstrable ability to engage senior decision‑makers and lead consultative conversations.
- Strong qualification and closing skills.
- Comfortable translating technical capability into business impact.
- Organised, diligent, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- The role is UK-based (hybrid). Occasional travel to client sites and our London office is required.
