Business Development Manager
Location: UK-based (hybrid). Travel to client sites and our London office is required.

The Role
JUMPSEC helps organisations tackle real security challenges with attacker‑led and defensive security engineering delivered through consultancy and managed services.
From regulated industries to fast‑moving digital businesses, we provide solutions that boards trust. We’re scaling fast, building on strong foundations, and need a Business Development Manager to create new opportunities in a market where urgency and budgets are real. You’ll work with a team that values clarity, collaboration, and doing things properly.
What you will do:
- Build and execute a territory plan to win new logos across mid‑market and enterprise.
- Prospect intelligently using targeted campaigns, events, and networks.
- Lead discovery conversations and shape proposals with technical teams.
- Position services spanning penetration testing, red/purple teaming, attack surface management, MXDR, incident response, defensive consulting, and managed services.
- Qualify rigorously, manage complex cycles, and negotiate commercial terms that protect value.
- Forecast with discipline in HubSpot and maintain a healthy, data‑driven pipeline.
What we are looking for?
- 2-4 years’ experience and proven success in new business sales for services or solutions (candidates with knowledge of cybersecurity will be at an advantage in this process).
- A passion for selling something technically credible and genuinely valued.
- Ability to open senior level conversations and navigate complex buying groups.
- Strong qualification and closing skills.
- Organised, diligent, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- The role is UK-based (hybrid). Occasional travel to client sites and our London office is required.
